What is Blackjack?

Blackjack is a popular casino game that is largely played online or in land-based casinos. Players play against the dealer with 1 – 8 decks of cards. The objective of the game is to beat the hand that the Dealer has without going over 21. The cards are valued according to the number on the card. So a 5 of spades is equivalent to a score of 5. Similarly, a 10 of diamonds is equivalent to a score of 10. Face cards like Jacks, Queens, and Kings are valued at 10. Aces are valued at either 1 or 11 as needed.
